通风柜功能
Function of fume hood

1.通风柜排风系统由实验室防腐蚀风机、管道以及安装中所需的配件组合而成，将实验过程中产生的有毒有害气体排出，保护操作人员的安全。
The fume hood exhaust system is a combination of special anti-corrosion fans in the laboratory, pipes and accessories required for installation, which exhausts the toxic and harmful gases generated during the experiment and protects the safety of operators.

2.导流板
Baffle plate
导流板设计在通风柜上箱体内侧，三段式设计，柜内无气流死角，可把实验过程中产生的不同比重的有毒有害气体全部导出柜体外。
The baffle plate is designed on the inside of the upper box of the fume hood. It has a three-stage design. There is no dead air flow in the cabinet, and all toxic and harmful gases with different proportions generated during the experiment can be exported out of the cabinet.

3.防爆玻璃操作门
Explosion-proof glass operation door
通风柜玻璃操作门采用防爆材料制作，悬式玻璃门，根据实验要求可垂直升降，操作方便灵活，拉门底部应有橡胶减震垫，以减少开关时的冲击。

无段式平衡法码，拉门时上下自如，可任意位置停留，实验操作者可通过透明玻璃监测柜内实验情况，以确保实验安全。

4.电控系统功能面板
Electronic Control System Function Panel
电控系统功能面板设计在通风柜的侧横柱上，设有风机启动停止按钮、指示灯；通风橱开关按钮、通风橱指示灯；照明按钮、照明指示灯，同时在下箱体前面板上设有插座及过载保护开关，当电流超负荷或线路短路时过载保护开关自动切断电源。
The electric control system function panel is designed on the side column of the fume hood, with fan start/stop button, indicator light, fume hood switch button, fume hood indicator light, lighting button, lighting indicator light, as well as a socket and overload protection switch on the front panel of the lower cabinet.

5.下箱体
Lower case
用于存放燃烧气瓶等相关东西，下箱体。
Used to store combustion cylinders and other related things, lower case.

6.台面部分：台面板，采用防火等级高的黑色防火面板
Countertop section: countertop, with high fire-rated black fireproof panel.

7.照明灯：隐藏式光源，在顶板上配置40W防爆型日光灯，工作面不低450LUX的高度标准，不与柜内气体接触，易更换

8.操作口表面风速0.3-0.5M/S的速度将通风柜中气体排出，确无任何残留气体存在。排风量1000-1600M3/N，噪声要小.
The air velocity of 0.3-0.5M/S on the surface of the operation port will discharge the gas from the fume hood, and no residual gas will exist. The exhaust air volume is 1000-1600M3/N, and the noise should be small.

9.通风橱整机为不锈钢框架，材质为SUS304不锈钢，厚度为≥1.2mm，金属表面经环氧树脂喷涂，高温固化处理不存在裸露金属面（含切割面、螺孔），喷塑厚度及质量要求达到国家规定标准，附着力好，外观细腻。整体具有较强的耐蚀性，柜内无排风死角，各种比重气体均能顺利排出柜外.
The ventilator cabinet is made of stainless steel frame and SUS304. The thickness is ≥1.2mm, the metal surface is sprayed with epoxy resin, and there is no bare metal surface (including cutting surface and screw holes) with high temperature curing treatment. The whole has a strong corrosion resistance, no dead-end exhaust inside the cabinet, and all kinds of specific gravity gas can be discharged out of the cabinet smoothly.
10.插座安装在墙体，在通风橱背后左下方开孔，设备的电源线可通过通风橱的小孔与插座连接通电；
