南澳电气武汉公司生产的全自动真空断路器是电力系统中普遍使用的高压电器，其核心部件是真空灭弧室，由于灭弧室是以真空条件作为工作基础的，所以它不象油开关，SF6开关那样容易检测其质量。传统上，真空断路器用户判断灭弧室真空度的方法是工频耐压法，这种方法只能粗略判断真空度严重化的灭弧室。
NAZKD真空开关真空度测试仪是真空灭弧室的真空度的鉴定设备，以单片计算机为主控单元，测试过程完全实现自动化。该仪器的采样设计一改以往采用电流峰值做标定的方法，而采用离子电荷来做标定。这样，有效地抑制了测试过程中瞬态电源的干扰，使测试更稳定可靠。由于采用计算机为主控单元，该仪器能很方便地扣除由于环境因素产生的漏电电流。本仪器的特点是：实现了真空灭弧室的免拆卸测量，直接显示真空度值，使真空断路器用户详细掌握灭弧室的真空状态，为有计划地更换灭弧室提供了可靠的依据，为电网的安全运行提供了有力保障，克服了工频耐压法仅能判断灭弧室是否报废的缺陷。

Product introduction
